I had a terrible experience at Mitsubishi Redcliffe. After purchasing a new Mitsubishi Outlander in June 2022 and meticulously maintaining it at authorized dealerships, I was shocked when, during a service in June 2024, they told me all four Bridgestone tyres needed replacement after just 27,000 km. They proposed to replace the original Bridgestone tyres, charging $1,216.04, but without my consent, they installed cheaper Maxxis tyres. I recently had a horrendous experience at the Mitsubishi dealership in Redcliffe. My partner and I booked a test drive for a Pajero Sport online and were supposed to receive a confirmation call, but no one reached out. I had to call myself to confirm our 2 PM appointment on Saturday, 15th of June. Despite this, when we arrived, no one seemed to be prepared to receive us. We booked in to Redcliffe Mitsubishi when we were dissatisfied with a previous service provider. I have to say, from the first phone call, I felt so taken care of. The experience was easy, friendly, they went the extra mile. Their shuttle van driver was a happy guy and nothing was too much trouble for him. What a breath of fresh air! I went in today for a test drive on an Outlander with my wife and kids. We were served by Logan and the service was excellent. We were extremely impressed and it cemented our decision to buy a Mitsubishi over the other vehicles we were looking at. Highly recommend this business for anyone looking to buy.
