Avoid using Rainier Arms for online purchases. I've had my credit card for a couple of years and barely use it. I made a purchase through them about a month or so ago which ended up in a refund since I wasn't satisfied with what I bought. Just this week I get a fraud transaction on my credit card from a different company, which means my credit card info has been compromised. Had a great time at this shop! The staff was very knowledgeable and had a sweet variety of products. I left with a new slide, red dot, and irons and the staff put it all together for me too. This is the best shop by far in the area.
I had an overall OK experience here, it was my first time purchasing a handgun and when I went in I did get a basic overview of some different models that fit what I was looking for. Once I decided to purchase, things got a little lazy. The staff knew I was new to WA, and never told me how to background check process worked, what the waiting period was, or what else would be required of me (the whole process involves at least 3 trips to the shop).
