Had ordered an item. Unfortunately they were not able to ship the item in the time frame they said they would. I sent an email and had my refund with no issues. That’s really great. I appreciated the ease of return. I know that sounds weird and I would take my time to write a review for it. But if you have ever had to deal with a shady company it can be an adventure. Appreciate the promptness with fixing things.
Nick helped me out today, he was very well educated. Walked me through the steps of becoming a gun owner. Explained the process of everything to me. Very professional and great to talk to. He spent probably a good half hour helping me find something I would like. Thanks! The store itself is very nice. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to come here over other places closer to me and it was totally worth it!
These people couldn't care less about shipping anything on time. I ordered a matching receiver set and paid for 2 day air. I chose a local gun store to me from Rainier's website as the receiving FFL. 6 days later after hearing nothing I call some bumbling idiot in Washington who says they just moved warehousing. He then tells me he needs the FFL from the gun store listed on their website. Why aren't they maintaining updated documents if they list approved FFL's they have dealt with in the past. Love this place. James is my go to resource for everything firearm related. The whole staff is knowledgeable and friendly though. Highly recommend.
Absolute favorite fun store ever. Purchased suppressors, dual tube night vision goggles, and a fancy lil staccato pistol. Daniel especially is hugely knowledgeable on NVGs, pistols, suppressors. Daniel and James are the main reason I keep coming back to this store as they treat you like family and will answer any question you throw at them! Will 100% come back often to purchase more optics and accessories as they also carry all the top name brands with wide selection!
