Very happy with the work Queen Anne Painting did for us, which included sanding and painting our living room millwork and walls in a high gloss finish. We have used Queen Anne Painting for a few different projects including cleaning and re-staining our exterior cedar siding (see attached before and after photo) and installing and painting new interior doors. Everyone we have worked with - Alejandro, Isaias, Francisco, Edwin - have been professional and communicative. Moreover, the quality of their work has been excellent. In addition, Vita and Jacob - the account managers - have also been great to work with. Highly recommend overall.
*** UPDATE 11/10/2024 *** (Upgraded to 3 stars) After seeing my review, QAP&D reached out to schedule time for the head carpenter and account representative to come out and look at the work. Honestly, I had already bought tarps, brushes, new door sweep, and sandpaper to fix the door myself. But, I decided to give them a chance. After receiving 3 bids I went with QA Painting and Carpentry to paint the exterior of my home. I knew they were not going to be the cheapest but I was hoping they were the best and I wasn’t disappointed! Edwin and his crew which included Francisco, were always on time and hard working with excellent attention to detail. What I really appreciated was how much they loved what they do and that they take pride in their work. I will definitely hire them again for future jobs.
We couldn’t be happier with the results of our drywall rebuild project with Queen Anne Painting and Carpentry—specifically with Edwin’s meticulous and beautiful work! We had water damage that took out some walls and ceiling in our utility and linen closets as well as the adjacent hallway.
