The staff here made getting a new patio and new cover a breeze! They explained our choices, what the styles were, and helped us make selections we are happy with. Everyone was always professional and quick to answer our questions. The showroom was educational in how the systems worked and showed a wide range of choices and decor styles. I have been in my house for 24yrs and they are only the 2nd company I worked with that I can say I have been excited about their work. I was so pleased for Labor Day weekend showing off the patio cover. Great service from sales person to end of job.

Proficient is definitely Proficient at what they do!! Matthew the owner was so knowlegable in his product, designed, my cover and pulled all permits on my project. I shopped and shopped around, and they were my far superior to anyone else out there. They were professional, were on top of my installation schedule and didn't require their final payment until I did my final walk through and approved all the work. Way to go Proficient!! I recently had my patio redone with Proficient, and it was such a relief to find a business that was willing to go above and beyond to make sure that they kept me happy as a customer.
