Pro Heat and Air is awesome! Aron got me fixed up and is very knowledgeable and can diagnose most issues. Pro Heat and Air also offers first responder discounts! They are very responsive and will schedule same day appointments to get you fixed up and suffer in the summer heat! Best company I've ever used! They are definitely fair doesn't push things you don't need! Thank you Aron and Brittney!
Pro Heat and Air is amazing! Aron got me fixed up when no one else could figure out my issues. Even came out on the weekend on a follow-up visit at no charge! Awesome service and follow up afterwards! They made me a lifetime customer! Aron will even take the time to explain what issues you have and how to prevent it in the future!
Awesome company and customer service. Aaron came out in an emergency on a Friday night and did everything he could to get my senior parents up and running. He worked the problem and gave them options. Came out the next day on a weekend in extreme heat to get them back on their feet. Great service and the price was way less than expected. So grateful!
AC was out for about 2 weeks waiting on warranty service. Ended up calling Pro Heat and Air to replace my outdoor unit. Austin was out that day and had a brand new unit ready to install within 2 hours. He went to go check the rest of the system to figure out why my 5 year old unit died, and found the fan had seized within seconds. He pulled the fan, replaced it, the outdoor unit, installed a new outdoor pad, and surge protector all while barely noticing he was there. Aron was awesome. I had an issue with my ac unit gave him a call on a Sunday morning and he was out within 2 hours. He is very honest and straightforward he had the part and we were back up and running in no time. I would highly recommend him for any problems with heating or Air.
