Josh was our technician. He was very professional and very informative. Our unit needed a quick service and they showed up the same day we called for an appointment. We will be using them at our new home once we move. Highly recommend. Great service!
My air unit was not working, no power. The tech was able to get it working fairly quickly. I was impressed with the service I received. I also purchased the yearly membership for great discounts. Air units will go down, why not have a dependable company on stand by.
Awesome people to work with. We had a new unit installed and they were always on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. Luke had to come out to install a different new thermostat and he was the sweetest and was very helpful. They answered all of our questions and they didn’t even mind our barking dogs. I would recommend them to anyone.
Our technician, Luke, was very respectful and nice. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it just as quickly. The membership for $99 also includes two free maintenance visits per year, which is very convenient, and it also includes discounts on labor, parts, etc. Thanks Price!
Price Heating & Air came and prepped my HVAC system for summer and did an excellent job. The technician who was here was friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was ready for the Alabama heat and even installed a surge protector on my unit. I highly recommend their services and am pleased with the value I received for the money I paid.
