The technician Kenny that works here has a side business fixing cars. I gave him a $200 deposit to fix my breaks and waited and waited. I had to call him to ask if the parts were in. He said yes and we scheduled a day for it to finally get done. The day of he texted me and said he had two ac jobs to do, then he would call me to head that way. Service manager, Eric Brenner is outstanding! Erik has excellent customer service skills , knowledge and experience! He was able to answer all my questions in a way that I could understand, he did numerous test and checks to ensure that my system is running correctly, and this gave me great peace! I am thrilled that I had the opportunity to meet Erik and have him come to my house and assist me! His friendliness made me feel very comfortable! Recently we put in a warranty claim for our AC unit and Eric from Preferred Mechanical carefully showed up promptly. He carefully explained and diagnosed our AC issue. My AC went out just in time for the Labor Day weekend. But fortunately I had amazing service technician Cody. He so kind and explained everything so well . He went above and beyond and went out of his way to make us as comfortable as possible until a new unit could be ordered. So greatful to Cody and preferred Mechanical for getting our AC working again as fast as possible when it’s so hot out. I definitely recommend preferred mechanical and Cody. Thank you all so much.
We have been a customer of Preffered Mechinacial for a number of years. They are the best & most honest A/C company we have had since we came to Bradenton 25 yrs ago. They don't do unnecessary work just to make money. Eric is one of their fine team. Great guy.
