Bill is reliable and very competent. The look of the water in my pool improved almost immediately since he took over maintenance of chemicals. Also, he is very nice and approachable. Even my dog loves him 😄. Unfortunately, we will be probably canceling this service soon. The price of this service increased almost 4 times in last 4 years!
Bill provides an outstanding service. We've used PCS for two years now and never had any issues with the pool being green. He notifies us if there is a change in schedule, but it's really rare and you can almost set your clock to his arrival. A peek at his clipboard shows carefully recorded notes of tests and chems added. You will not find better; Bill is someone who really cares about his business.
