I had an outstanding experience addressing all my concerns, and I would highly recommend Dr. Philip Matorin for any ENT-related issues. His expertise and professionalism are truly commendable, ensuring that every aspect of care is thoroughly managed.
I see many good reviews for this doctor. I might be the exception, but he or his staff cared nothing about me. After waiting over 60 days for my appointment, the good doctor couldn’t see me and rescheduled for 30 days later. When I went, the receptionist told me that the doctor couldn’t see me, because he was held on an emergency (as if the patient he had scheduled 30 days earlier was not an emergency) and I should reschedule. I called my GP and informed him not to refer anyone to Dr Matorin.
Dr. Matorin is very pleasant, professional, thorough, and spends as much time as necessary with me. I never feel I have been rushed through. His staff is also very professional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend him.
