My husband and I talked with Shannon Wilkerson about replacing our old roof. He immediately came out and physically inspected it and asked me to schedule an appointment with my insurance company to come out and he would meet with them. Excellent customer service and very professional. They explained everything to us and helped with our insurance company. Throughout the replacement of our roof we were kept informed of the progress. At the end they did an excellent job of cleaning up.
