Terrible!! IF YOU ARE HIGHRSIK STAY AWAY!! If you are not highrisk STAY AWAY!! This company will screw you over aggressively. I did not accept their offer because I would have had to give them the ability to make my children and I homeless if the wind blows the wrong direction and they didn't want it to! STAY AWAY!!
Melissa Daleske at PaymentCloud went well above and beyond to help us get set up. We were turned down by multiple others for being both "high risk" and brand new. Still, she was able to find us a solution. Along the way she was kind, patient, responsive, and informative. Well done, and glad we can finally accept payments!
Since the hemp industry began around 2018 I have dealt with and spoke to many credit card processing companies and different people.
