We’ve been waiting over 4 months for a release of our funds, with repeated follow-ups ignored. EMS (their partner processor) continues to withhold over $64,000 of our working capital, citing chargeback ratios that have already improved. Despite our requests for partial release or fair treatment, we were told no release is possible until 60 days after May 7 — without any formal contract basis or explanation. PaymentCloud is a very difficult company to work with. They are kind and supportive during the onboarding process, but once you are set up, any problems you have suddenly become “not something they can help with.” I am currently dealing with EMS holding my rolling reserve even though PaymentCloud closed my account, and they say they cannot help me.
