These guys are an amazingly supportive team! I was hooked up with Jessie Todd and she did EVERYTHING she could to get me processing. It took a lot of work, but it was worth it in the end and they do everything they can to support your business going forward. I am so happy with the third party risk team and how quickly they move and the underwriters and Jessie and her amazing patience with me. If you have a legitimate business doing good stuff this company will 100% get you paid and supported.
This company is an absolute scam‼️KurvPay (operating under EMS) is holding my money with zero explanation, zero transparency, and zero legal basis. They block payouts for no reason, ignore every request for clarification, and act like they can keep merchants’ funds indefinitely. No real payment processor behaves like this. Payment Cloud Inc is the WORST company! They advertise themselves as providing “high risk” merchant accounts but that’s not true, their agent Frank Riffe lied and made many mistakes on our application which perhaps caused our application to be declined, and now we can’t apply anymore because of that error, avoid this company at all times, I also published a long article about them and I will continue doing so, and I encourage everyone that had issues to do the same.
Huge shoutout to Kirstan V for helping me with my merchant account application! She turned what I thought would be a long process into something incredibly quick and easy. I was up and running much faster than expected.
PaymentCloud is a very difficult company to work with. They are kind and supportive during the onboarding process, but once you are set up, any problems you have suddenly become “not something they can help with.” I am currently dealing with EMS holding my rolling reserve even though PaymentCloud closed my account, and they say they cannot help me.
