These guys are an amazingly supportive team! I was hooked up with Jessie Todd and she did EVERYTHING she could to get me processing. It took a lot of work, but it was worth it in the end and they do everything they can to support your business going forward. I am so happy with the third party risk team and how quickly they move and the underwriters and Jessie and her amazing patience with me. If you have a legitimate business doing good stuff this company will 100% get you paid and supported.
This company is an absolute scam‼️KurvPay (operating under EMS) is holding my money with zero explanation, zero transparency, and zero legal basis. They block payouts for no reason, ignore every request for clarification, and act like they can keep merchants’ funds indefinitely. No real payment processor behaves like this. No warning, no justification — just “your money is ours now.” I want to know who is taking my money, where it is, and under what policy they think they can steal it. Declined reason was they did not accept my passport and Tn license id. so they could not move forward as a payment processor. seem super shady Becuase i run My website business and had to find alternative payment processor due to stripe suspending my account for Large amount of Credit and debit card purchase! FYI I App developer.
