We’ve been waiting over 4 months for a release of our funds, with repeated follow-ups ignored. EMS (their partner processor) continues to withhold over $64,000 of our working capital, citing chargeback ratios that have already improved. I applied for my new business based on the site promoting “high risk businesses” & got denied all because I don’t have 6 months of prior card processing when that makes absolutely no sense. Not only is it a new business (which online made it like it’s not an issue) Obviously it’s a high risk business as well so I don’t have any prior credit card processing statements. Terrible!! IF YOU ARE HIGHRSIK STAY AWAY!! If you are not highrisk STAY AWAY!! This company will screw you over aggressively. I did not accept their offer because I would have had to give them the ability to make my children and I homeless if the wind blows the wrong direction and they didn't want it to! STAY AWAY!!
