My puppy was dirty, had mats and needed grooming. And he doesn’t like to have his face area trimmed. Sometimes will try to bite. The woman who took care of my Oreo was so nice and understanding. A little more expensive than others, but worth the extra. I will be coming back. Such nice service and respectful service. Thank you Paws with Claws
5 stars doesn't begin to cover the kindness we received at this clinic for our cat Piper. Dr. Martin is not the regular doctor here, but we were blessed to have her for our only visit at Paws and Claws. Piper was diagnosed with autoimmune 5 months ago and stabilized on medication. Days before her check up at Paws and Claws, she took a turn. We showed up to a wellness visit with a very sick cat and Dr. Martin met us with empathy, education, honesty, and compassion. I am so glad to have found Paws with Claws! I have a very hyperactive Cockapoo, who has had a tough time with grooming in the past. Taking him to previous groomers had become a dreadful experience for both me and my pup. Today was my dog’s third grooming appointment with the business, and I must say not only am I impressed but very grateful for the groomer’s (Vlada) patience and attention to detail. I highly recommend them for your pet's grooming service needs.
PWC was great and I attribute that to Vlada! She sent me a “before-and-after” of sorts as I’d received the 2nd pic a day later. Super communicative and updated me on how my furbaby was doing, which kept me at ease. If you want a pet groomer who truly cares about your animals’ well-being and have them come out smelling great and all cleaned up, PWC is it!
Took care of my dogs very well! Loved the experience and professionalism. One of my dogs was refused from another groomer for being nervous and jumpy, however, they handled them beautifully
