We just had Jim Knott from Paint The Town power wash our house and our deck and it looks fantastic - especially our deck! I wish I could show you before and after pictures because we feel like we have a brand new deck now.....every surface is super clean - he didn't miss anything. Our house looks fantastic as well. We were surprised and pleased to learn that Jim, personally, was doing our job. Since all our work was exterior work, weather played a part in scheduling, causing some delays. However, Jim was flexible and responsive so it never became an issue. He is an excellent painter and we were happy with the results. We would certainly recommend Jim's firm to others.
We were very happy with the team and the house looks great. Jim connected regularly via email and checked on the work during the project, did some cleaning himself. They picked up after themselves and worked around our dogs and the rain. Would recommend them.
Jim and his team did a wonderful job painting our kitchen cabinets. Jim was always available and responsive communicating before, during and after the project. As issues or additional requests emerged they handled it without any issue. They were respectful of the house, keeping the impact of their work low on the surrounding space (eg dust dirt or damage). The work was completed on schedule and on time and on (actually below) budget. Importantly the final product looks great.
Jim and his crew did a beautiful job painting our 3-story West Seattle home. They were clean, courteous, diligent and pleasant to have around. Jim is a positive, can-do guy who solves problems with the customer always in mind. I highly recommend Paint the Town for your house painting projects.
