I have had 2 bad experiences with Page Honda. I purchased a used 2012 Impala from them in April 2021. They increased the price, over the agreed amount, by $500 at the time of purchase. When I questioned them on it they told me that the extra money was for cleaning. I had been in the car already and NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING had been done. I also had a bad experience with their service department. I was quoted one price by one service rep and it was increased when I spoke with a second rep.
Bad oil change service. I did the oil change at Page Honda 3 days ago. I waited three for around 3.5 hours there, although I had a 8AM appointment. Today (3days after oil change), I checked the engine oil and they are still dirty (brown color). The service department lied! After oil change, they told me the rear brake pads have only 2mm left and shall be changed, as well as the rotors, with a quota of $511. My husband decided to change them and bought Bosch pads and rotors via Amazon prime. He removed the old brake pads off ... read more
I contacted them about a jeep grand Cherokee for $1695 but was paying cash so they add on an additional $795 therefore I passed on this "deal". They now claim that if I had bought it they would have waived the fee....which is it?
I had a 9:00a appointment, arrived 8:55am. I told the Honda agent, I had a 9 appointment, he asked me to wait in line, waited 25 min to be checked in, Again, I asked how long my car can be done. he said your car service should be done in 1 hour, can you believe I waited for 2 and half hours. I was out the Honda dealer around 11:55a. Do not waste your time if you only needed an oil change.
I had been in communication via text with this dealership up until my appointment at 5 pm. When I arrived I was informed that the car I had seen online had been sold 2 hours ago. I questioned staff regarding why wasn't I informed via text that this car had been sold prior to driving a 1/2 hour to see it. Was treated unprofessionally, came to look at a vehicle and was told it was not for sale, an employee ended up being the one GOING to buy it after he drove it home
So much for customer service! This dealership really takes advantage of used car buyers. Especially naive buyers who are not buying a Honda!!!. How do you sell a car that always comes with 2 key fobs with NO key fobs, telling the buyer that there are 2 keys - oh, wait, there's only one key which is a VALET key. And then you tell the buyer who already signed the papers - tough xxxx! Oh, we will give you $150.00 to get the keys - and you have to have them cut, programmed and whatever else is involved. Save your money and time. Drove 120 miles 2 hrs. to Page dealership to inspect and purchase used honda accord with appt. Made 4 days in advance. Upon arrival, was told car was taken home for weekend by mechanic. I suggested they call mechanic and bring car to page honda. Manager could care less, and said they dont have employee phone number. Manager could care less About my 2hrs 120 miles. Salesman was apologetic but obviously would not say anything more as he seemed fearful of tyrant manager. Appears to be Another business ... read more
Not reliable dealer for Servicing, damaged my vehicle when fave for regular service, and did not even bother about their mistake and not even took care of the issue and reckless response from them. Moreover service section was not visible to customers and can change any parts and damage any car, due to poor specialists and no proper care at all
