Michael Kyle was exceptionally helpful and we would recommend him if you need help with a Generac generator. He came to our home and give us all the information we needed and answered emails/phone calls quickly with further questions. He is a very honest person. We have decided not to put in a whole house generator at this time and Michael couldn't have been nicer about our decision. I will absolutely use Oregon Generators again. Kelby was the service representative sent to change the oil, air filter, and spark plug. This was on a Cummins home generator. Kelby: Kept me informed on his arrival status. He was technically competent and well organized. He was very polite and you could tell he enjoyed his job (especially, he said, working for Oregon Generators) He provided value added service by cleaning out the interior and assisting with the generator's menu functions.

We bought this Generac backup generator. We wanted a true whole-home backup capacity. Our daughter with disabilities and her staff are in a home which we need to keep fully operational in any emergency power failure. Oregon Generators was our contractor.
