I will absolutely use Oregon Generators again. Kelby was the service representative sent to change the oil, air filter, and spark plug. This was on a Cummins home generator. Kelby: Kept me informed on his arrival status. He was technically competent and well organized. He was very polite and you could tell he enjoyed his job (especially, he said, working for Oregon Generators) He provided value added service by cleaning out the interior and assisting with the generator's menu functions.
The entire process was smooth and the team at OG was professional, prompt and fair. They installed my Generac within the timeframe we discussed, answered all my questions, assisted with booking city inspections, and ensured everything worked properly. If you are considering installing a generator, start here…especially if you’re a Costco member. Highly recommend this crew!
We bought this Generac backup generator. We wanted a true whole-home backup capacity.
