ORCA!!!!!! (2 reviews in 1.) After 26 yrs my parents house needed a new roof. I had 5 different contractors come out for an estimate. Orca was NOT the cheapest option nor the most expensive option, they ended up being middle of the road. I decided to go with them because Chris was VERY THOROUGH and explained EVERYTHING to me. We had to get part of our deck reinforced so that we could have a 1500 pound sauna sit on it for the duration. Paul was very patient with us as we had to delay the project, but when it was time, he was readily available. He was outstanding to work with, and his team was very professional, always showed up on time, and kept me updated regarding the project. Definitely recommend for all things related to deck repair and installation! Thanks Paul!
We had a great experience with Orca Roofing from start to finish. Peter was excellent at explaining the process, sometimes several times! The price was very competitive and they were also willing to do some repairs on our chimney. Eric managed most of the daily process and communicated timely and clearly. uhmm, the pictures will tell you my experience with them. They provided three repair attempts. The water leak becames more severe than when it started. 🙂 First attempt: A plastic diverter with its head extending beyond the gutter edge. And shingles were cut and later covered with flashing. I was able to notice it after two days — during a November storm 🌧️. Second attempt: Damaged shingles were replaced. A new kickout flashing was installed on top of the existing one.
