We had to get part of our deck reinforced so that we could have a 1500 pound sauna sit on it for the duration. Paul was very patient with us as we had to delay the project, but when it was time, he was readily available. He was outstanding to work with, and his team was very professional, always showed up on time, and kept me updated regarding the project. Definitely recommend for all things related to deck repair and installation! Thanks Paul!
Orca came recommended by a neighbor who used them for repairs following the bomb cyclone. We had a leaking solar tube and had a really great experience with Eric! He was super communicative, asked great questions about our issue before arriving to ensure he showed up prepared to solve the problem, and fixed the issue on the first try. We needed our whole roof redone. I got several quotes and we ended up selecting Orca (though slightly more expensive than other bids). We were very clear that we knew there was dry rot and wanted it fixed. They fixed a couple of dry rot spots but left many. It was evident that they just wanted to get in, get out, and get paid. There were so many issues I am in absolute shock that they have a 5 star rating online.
