Decided to get hearing aids as a result of my hearing capability being reduced over the past few years. The staff at Oprex hearing center was very kind, capable, and did effective hearing tests for me, showing me visually by charts what my hearing was in each ear, and what were the issues with the hearing. Gave me a choice of several levels of hearing aids, and what would the advantages of them. Hearing AIDS are of excellent quality. Today, I went for my first hearing aid fitting, and Elizabeth Malone was amazing! She was incredibly patient, helpful, and professional. Elizabeth’s kindness and care made a huge difference, especially when I experienced the overwhelming emotions of being able to hear clearly again. It felt like I was talking to a lifelong friend. I highly recommend Oprex Hearing Center and Elizabeth Malone 1000%! Thank you Elizabeth for such an amazing experience.

Elizabeth, the audiologist, is very attentive to my needs and my questions. She makes sure that my hearing aids are very clean, well adjusted and takes the appropriate time to be of service to me. I am thankful for her wonderful work.

The entire staff was very professional and took as much time as needed to make sure I had all the information I needed. I was very impressed with the overall knowledge throughout the entire staff. I very highly recommend and I have already sent two other people to the company.I give them ten stars and more.

Very pleased with Dr Matorin and his staff. Met with the audiologist tech today to follow up on my hearing aid needs. Mariela’s very thorough and explained everything in a way that I could understand. She really knew what she was talking about, and I was very comfortable when I left.
