Great price great location definitely a clean establishment, I suggest take your own pillows t Kinda small , but must take your own pillows as pillows were not as comfortable Very clean rooms and excellent location to boardwalk/ beach

Wonderful A lot of sand
This retired granny loves the affordability and location of Madison Beach Motel. My only and continuing complaint is that the rooms, pretty much all the rooms, are damp. Location, early check-in is often an option, option to leave car on property on checkout day, weekday pricing.

It's always a great place to stay for the price. This was our 3rd time here. Sink in bathroom leaked and water pressure for shower was very low. Location is top notch and staff is friendly and the rooms clean.
