NWI Generator provides excellent service from all employees. The sales tech was knowledgeable and helpful to us in making a decision on the size generator to buy; the office personnel are friendly and happy to assist with any question, and the maintenance team are very friendly and efficient when servicing our equipment and explain everything they do and answer any questions. Crew was nice and knowledgeable…except…for cutting a hole in my drywall’s twice as big as they needed and refusing to fix it…probably would not recommend
The day before we went on vacation I noticed our Generator Light was red meaning it was shut down because of a problem. It was a Sunday so NWI was closed. I put in a call and left a message to have someone come to the house and let themself into the gate in the back yard where the generator is located and check it out. I didn't want to leave the generator down for 2 weeks while we were away because if we had a storm, my sump pump wouldn't be working and the freezers would be shut off also.
