Tommy was very professional and did a thorough job making sure my Generac generator was running correctly. He did a great annual maintenance. I had purchased the gold service plan. Highly recommend!

Thank goodness for NWI, they found out what wrong with my generator and had the parts on hand to quickly fix it. Yesterday, my neighborhood lost power, but my generator automatically started and provided us with electrical power which included my sump pump!

This company came out, today, to service our generator. The service technician did a great job. I felt sorry for him because it was so hot and he had to work outside. Overall, very happy with the service!

Had my generator installed in 2007. Earl was the installer for the company I GOT THEN, HE HAS BEEN MY SERVICE REP EVER SINCE. NWI CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOOD IF I HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY TAKE CARE OF ME AND MY SERVICE CALL IS DONE WITHIN 24 TO 48 HOURS

very prompt response to request for help. Generator would not turn on during our weekly auto test. They were here in 3 days....carefully diagnosed the problem and got the generator working. very happy.
