I needed to have my broken sun roof replaced. I wound up with an appointment the morning after the replacement part had arrived. As soon as I arrived at the shop I had the full attention of the technician who was very professional, yet pleasant. I was promised the work would be done in about an hour and it was. Great experience in getting my car window replaced after it was shattered. My window was plastic-wrapped to keep out rain from the upcoming storm while waiting for the part to arrive. The window arrived the following day and it was replaced quickly, and the glass was vacuumed up from all over my car interior. Thank you NOVUS glass.
The came on time. They replaced the windshield on my 2012 Mercedes E350 in approximately 1 hour. Looks good. I recommend Novus Glass of Davis. I also recommend Matthew Hague Farmers Insurance of Fairfield, California for excellent service.
