NOVUS went above my expectations! The customer service was on point as well as the workmanship. Dropped off car same day and they had the glass ordered and installed before end of day! Thank you :-) Not to mention the price was right!

NOVUS Glass of Davis worked directly with my insurance company and was able to make an appointment as soon as I was available. Their technician was professional, completed the windshield installation more quickly than the estimated time given, and followed up with precise instructions on care of the windshield for the next 48 hours.

Excellent experience with Novus. I have an old truck and I was worried that shops would turn me down as I had to source my own glass. They gave me a quote within 24 hours of reaching out and got me in their shop quickly. I should say that I reached out to every other glass shop in Davis and Novus was the only business to reply. I dropped my truck off and it was ready in 2 hours. Reasonable price for the job. They even cleaned the glass and got rid of all the old stickers that had cracked in the sun. Very helpful people. Front office personnel helped explain steps for filing an insurance claim. When service done, technician explained work done and possible outcome based on size of damage. Thank you.
