This was a wonderful experience! We arrived unannounced after another shop in Davis recommended Novus. Chris examined the mark on our windshield and said it could be fixed. He explained that we could pay cash or use our insurance. He contacted our insurance company, and so did we. Our Insurance Company approved the repair, and about a half hour later we were on the way. Six stars out of five....
