Poor phone manners when I spoke to them in regards to a car my Mother was purchasing. Unreliable service saying they had the car ready then changing to having to order it in, making her wait over a month. She drove up to get the car (they knew she was coming) she had to wait 2 hours for them to move it out of the show room, replace the battery AND put plates on it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Same experience as another reviewer Ed Will. Northside folks called us to their showroom (30km one way) on the pretext of negotiating a deal close to my budget range( which was discussed over a phone call with them). Upon reaching there they informed us that the asking price is 2.5 K more than what I was looking for, and moreover they didn't even have the car. Had to be shipped from another state. Not at all professional, and looking at other reviews it seems it is a common occurrence at Northside. Thumbs down.
