Scott handled payment directly with the other party, so the process was easy on my end, and Shannon kept me updated along the way. Quick turnaround, no surprises, and the repair and paint look great. They fixed my wife's car after a minor fender bender and did some paint repair on my truck. Absolutely phenomenal job on both. Actually got both vehicles back ahead of scheduled completion date. They were easy to work with and Shannon was on top of keeping me updated as to the progress on both vehicles. Would highly recommend.

I was contacted by North Iowa Collision within minutes of placing my claim. I had an appointment within 48 hours to get an estimate and was in the shop for repairs to begin within 10 days (car was drivable still). North 8Iowa Collision had daily communication updating me in the progress and finished within the time estimated. Thuroughly impressed!
