NI Collision Center made repairs on our Explorer after a minor accident. They scheduled the work when convenient for us and had the repairs completed when promised. They handled all of the details with our insurance company and there were no bad surprises. A good surprise was the condition of our car when we picked it up. It had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. They appear to make customer satisfaction a high priority.

My car was in an accident. Went to North Iowa collision for an estimate and they scheduled my car for repair a few days later. Dropped my car off. 3 days later, all done. So happy with the service and staff. Highly recommend 😄

Very smooth experience from start to finish. The final cost ended up lower than the original estimate, and everything was clearly explained upfront. Scott handled payment directly with the other party, so the process was easy on my end, and Shannon kept me updated along the way. Quick turnaround, no surprises, and the repair and paint look great.
