Very smooth experience from start to finish. The final cost ended up lower than the original estimate, and everything was clearly explained upfront. Scott handled payment directly with the other party, so the process was easy on my end, and Shannon kept me updated along the way. Quick turnaround, no surprises, and the repair and paint look great. Highly recommend!

The staff at North Iowa Collision Center was phenomenal to work with! Their customer service was excellent, keeping me apprised as to what was happening nearly daily while my vehicle was being repaired (thanks Shannon)! The service manager (thank you Scott) explained everything in detail as to what and how my vehicle was worked on and repaired! They fixed my wife's car after a minor fender bender and did some paint repair on my truck. Absolutely phenomenal job on both. Actually got both vehicles back ahead of scheduled completion date. They were easy to work with and Shannon was on top of keeping me updated as to the progress on both vehicles. Would highly recommend.

They are so great and easy to work with. Had to take a company car there to have some body stickers removed. They did an excellent job. The car looks great and you can't tell anything was ever on it. Give them a chance and they'll impress you too. Thank you!
