Very smooth experience from start to finish. The final cost ended up lower than the original estimate, and everything was clearly explained upfront. Scott handled payment directly with the other party, so the process was easy on my end, and Shannon kept me updated along the way. Quick turnaround, no surprises, and the repair and paint look great.
