My review is primarily related to give praise and gratitude to the wonderful Natika who took over my financing as the original GWM dealership in Windsor did not handle it well at all. They were a nightmare to deal with for financing and then would not take or return my calls. Natika went out of her way every time to investigate the issue and then resolved it quickly and efficiently. She was a star, an absolute joy to deal with and deserves recognition and acknowledgement for the exemplary customer service she provided.
Unbelievable, I come in Saturday afternoon to buy the 1500 ram limited only to be met with the gatekeeper. I asked to see the financial manager to discuss how I could pay for it a finance options. This guy tried tell me he will only let me see the financial manager if I’m serious in buying it. I will be taking my business elsewhere if I’m not treated seriously. It’s a bloody work truck not a Ferrari.
I bought a new Ram from this company and whilst the salesman was nice the company was a disgrace. I asked for a finance quote and they expected me just to take it without a quote. I still did not ever receive a quote. The truck was delivered and was filthy, the interior had not been cleaned I had to tell my kids when I got home to wait for a ride whilst I cleaned the doors, seats, consul, dashboard etc. I then opened the bonnet and the engine bay looked like it had been driven through a muddy creek. The most painful experience. Was trying to buy a cheap car to leave in Brisbane. Went in circles because the sales rep had no idea what he was doing. First he sends me the wrong contract, then he gets confused with buying in a personal vs business name, then says they can finance, I say no problem. Asks me to sign a formal contract or I can't talk to the broker, then I call him out on that and he tells me we can't do business. How hard is it to buy a $18k car? I purchased a 2016 Ford Ranger from Norris Ram for $31,000 on June 25th of this year. Unfortunately, since taking delivery of the vehicle, I have encountered a series of ongoing issues. On the drive home from the dealership, a warning light appeared on the dashboard and has remained unresolved despite repeated requests for assistance.
