Beware the Norris warranty that you purchase with your new or used car. You may leave thinking you are covered for defects based on what the salesman tells you on the day. However when you try and make a claim you are told its not covered. In my case it was a faulty electrical switch that opens the boot. It may well be that the electric boot switch is not specifically listed in the "items covered under this policy" in the documentation provided. Service and communication was deplorable throughout the entire process. I was given the wrong car and ended up sourcing my own car from another dealer because they already had the funds for my loan. Would never EVER set foot in this place again and recommend anyone else to go elsewhere... anywhere but here.

I bought a Hynadai Santa Fe from the Norris Group's Windsor (Qld) dealership. Never again!! The salesman himself was quite good - friendly, amiable etc. But dealing with the woman in charge of finance was a different matter. Nice as pie when you are going through the process, but come the day of the deal....... Throughout the entire process of getting the finance arranged there was NEVER one mention of fees or costs. Absolutely disgusting. Initially we test drove a car in Feb 2014, paying a deposit shortly after an were told the delivery date would be a few weeks as they had sold out in QLD and was coming from interstate. A few weeks passed and we heard nothing so called the dealer and were then told that nationwide were sold out and was on order from the factory, delivery date would more likely be end of April. BUY A NEW CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! This is the worst New and Used dealership in all of AUSTRALIA! First off we simply wanted an everyday model which 3 other dealers had access to, but Norris was the best on price initially. Our deposit was taken and then phoned back a few days later to suggest that they no longer had the car and was 2 months away until the new one was delivered.
