I’ve been using No More Chores for over 6 years now. I highly recommend them! My team Khatuna, Maya and Lela visit once a month, and clean the house from top to bottom. Because it’s a team, they finish quickly and efficiently without cutting corners. My house looks so good after they finish! I appreciate that they bring all their own equipment and cleaning products. A few cleans in now - not 100% pleased with the first few cleans, and the 3rd was a no show. That said, I’ve been fairly pleased with the customer service, especially Abigael. Quick to check in and reply, thoughtful and empathetic. Our mosh recent cleaner, Alice, did a fantastic job. Several lovely added touches (e.g. arranging all the stuffies so sweetly on the kids beds) that made the house feel not just clean, but cared for. :) I hope this continues, as we really appreciate the help keeping up the house!

No More Chores claims to have a cancellation policy with a minimum of 24hrs notice. Meaning you can cancel without charge prior to that 24hr period, and 100% charge within that 24hr period. I booked their services for Monday March 3 on Thursday, Feb 27th. I then called to cancel on Friday, February 28th. On that call, I received confirmation that my service was cancelled and would not be charged. Later that same day, I received a notification that my cleaning service was still booked for Monday. I have received a lot of texts asking me to leave a review. Unfortunately, my responding texts explaining that I had a bad experience have gone ignored. Since you are continuing to ask me for a review, here goes. While the cleaners themselves are competent and nice, the company has consistently failed to show up during my scheduled two-hour arrival window without any communication. I hired No more chores to clean my new home before moving in, and they did an amazing job! The team was professional, thorough, and left the house spotless. Their attention to detail and excellent service made my move so much easier. Highly recommend!
