Excellent experience from the start. Angie established instant credibility in understanding the issue with our HP laptop. She and Mike worked closely with me on the diagnosis (complete in less than 24 hours) and the selection of the repairs. Professional, polite, and highly recommend!
I need replace my laptop battery; Angie helps me to remove small stripped screws. She also informed me that the new battery should charge about 30 min before use. She is a laptop repair technician, very knowledgeable, professional and confident. Nerds to go is my most absolute favorite place to get any computer repair or work done.
Tim was on time, even a little early which was fine with me. He went over my system and explained what I needed or not needed. He took time to answer my questions and to correct the problems that I was having. He was able to install a program to better help me with my computer usage. He was very polite and courteous. I will definitely use him in the future!
I took in my Dell laptop for diagnostics and repair. Nerds to go replace my hard drive and returned it to me at a reasonable cost less than 24 hours. Very friendly and courteous service.
Excellent service, photos says it all, the tech needed a special cable in order to complete the job and he actually went to Walmart got the cable and came back the same day to finish the job. I totally recommend nerds to go Tampa
