The technician I worked with, Gil was extremely knowledgeable about systems and software, and most importantly how they work (or in my case do not) work together. I have an all-in-one that is a few years old and is notoriously hard to set up. He was able to figure out what was going on and was able to work within operating system communication issues to restore functionality. Thank you!
Tech did not show. Called an hour late (after I checked in practicely) and wanted to do everything remote. Poor customer experience.
Made an appt on Tues for Fri at 1:30. Was called at work on Fri at 11:15 and again at 12:15 altho I had told them that I taught preschool until 1:00. At 12:45 when I could return the call, I was told that projects from the day before were taking longer than expected and asked if I could reschedule for next week or allow them to pick up my laptop and return it to me next week. Paul, the owner, was very attentive and helpful. We scheduled a time and day for their tech expert, Gil, to come out to my home to help with my computer and phone issues. Gil arrived on time, was kind and extremely knowledgeable. He resolved the problems and helped in many ways. I would use them again in a heartbeat!!
At the Indian Land Nerds to Go location, expect nothing but transparency from both the owner and technician. I was referred to them by another shop, and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere and conversation that I got to have with both owner and technician was wonderful. The work done to my gaming PC was flawless and I have not had any issues thus far. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs PC work done and I will return if I need any further PC work conducted.
