Had a bad fan in my laptop, service tech was quick with setting up details for me and being transparent on invoice. After pickup had some additional thermal issues, but a quick call in and they fixed it nice and quickly! Very reasonable, friendly and overall good store for device repair needs.
I had a horrible experience with NerdsToGo Plano! I engaged them to get a new P.C. set up and have the data transferred from the prior P.C. to the new one. At the moment, after having paid NerdsToGo over $700, my new P.C. is essentially a $1200 paper weight. It started with the pricing information I was told over the phone. A NerdsToGo employee told me that the price to have this done in my home, was $270, flat rate, as long as I had less than 500 GB on my P.C. That pricing was wrong. Hired Nerds2Go to drop my lousy Spectrum internet and switch to eero routers I bought on Amazon that got spectacular reviews. Ian was my installer and got everything up and running inside my home and my covered patio outside my home, too, in only about 30 to 40 minutes. Extremely pleased with his knowledge, skillset and ability to communicate clearly. The final price was actually lower than my estimate which is always a nice "surprise". Really great at responding quickly, very knowledgeable and kind and ready to give an update whenever you call. Ordering parts takes time but not exactly in their control on how fast it gets there.
