Excellent experience. I had what turned out to be a simple fix for my laptop, but I didn’t know that at the time. I was nervous that I’d be taken advantage of or that I’d be spoken down to. I could not have been more wrong. I was treated with so much kindness and respect, and Sean even showed me how to fix the issue myself should it happen again. I paid a fair price and my issue was resolved very quickly. Not one complaint and I would not use anybody else. They made me a loyal customer. Thanks guys!!
I had an amazing experience with Nerds to go-Plano! My computer was frozen due to a virus, and I was worried I had been hacked. Sean fixed the issue quickly. Sean also assisted me with some login and password details over the phone, making sure everything was working perfectly. His knowledge, patience, and dedication to customer service were outstanding. I highly recommend Nerds to go for any computer-related issues—fast, reliable, and truly professional!
My desktop would not boot up properly, and had vertical red and black stripes when I got it to boot in safe mode. Josh came out and was able to diagnose the problem, a defective graphics card. When I decided to get a new desktop rather than putting money in a 15 year old unit, he was able to clone the old pc and get me up and running with all my files and apps intact. Great job!! I'd definitely recommend NerdsToGo for any IT issues!!
Kevin and Sean were awesome to work with! They were very knowledgeable and replaced my Mac Screen very quickly. When we had an issue with the actual screen, they were quick to take another look at it and research the problem in depth. Both are very personable and provided excellent customer service! Would highly recommend them to anyone.
We recently moved to the area and was having trouble with my laptop. Found NerdsToGo on the Nextdoor Neighbor site. I sent an email and had a quick response. I drove over to the site and Sean went over my laptop and checked it out completely. He also explained other options that I could try for anti-virus. This is definitely a great place to visit and no high pressure at all.
