NTG was most helpful and very professional. They went above and beyond in their efforts to resolve my disk drive issues. Throughout the process they kept me informed as to the status of my service request and the approach they were taking. While we did not achieve the desired outcome, I would not hesitate to recommend this organization for whatever technology issues you might be facing.
