We are very happy with the service we received from Nerds To Go to upgrade our WiFi to a mesh system. We live in an older home with thick walls, and we had several dead zones — including in my office. Initially when we set up for the Legion to have this company set up our computer they told me that they would configure it a certain way that needed to be so anyone could use it. That is not how it was configured. It had my Personal profile on it each time anyone logged in and that can’t happen. He also said he was gonna set it up so he would transfer from the old computer to the new. All he did was show up at our house. Didn’t even take it out of the box and handed it to me and left not satisfied at all.

Trey was an excellent salesperson and went over what was suggested we should be doing with our system and how NerdsToGo would be a great fit for us. Austin (the Tech) stopped by and put all of those ideas into our system and its running as smoothe as ever. Trey and Austin were both really nice guys and that helps with working together for good outcomes.

I had an issue where my laptop would not turn on unless it was plugged in. I brought it in to these guys and they were able to diagnose the problem within about a week! While they couldn't fix it because it was a motherboard issue, the whole consultation and ordeal was completely free. I think other places would have charged me a fee to diagnose the problem, so these guys are awesome!
