Great crew of employees. Very helpful and fixed my laptop in just under two hours. Their competitors told me it would take up to a week to fix. Highly recommend Nerds to go!
WORK WAS DONE FAST (ONE DAY ON 6/2/2024) WHICH WAS FOR A CLEANING OF THE INSIDE OF MY DESK TOP COMPUTER AND AN UPGRADE IN THE DRIVE SYSTEM! I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE GOING RATE IS FOR COMPUTER REPAIR IS THESE DAYS BUT I PAYED $199.00 AND HOUR! THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND DID A THOROUGH JOB! WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!--LARRY COX FROM HOPEWELL!
What an absolute joy it is to find a business as professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous as the guys at NerdsToGo. I have been there three times in the past year or so -- twice for repairs and once to buy a laptop. Each time when I left their establishment in Moon Township, I left saying, "Wow! These guys are good." Owner Matt Swearingen and his staff are first class. Great service, fair price. This review only allows me to give them five stars. If I could, I would give them 10 stars.
I work for Hughes Office Equipment where I do IT work regarding Xerox Machines. One of our customers had trouble getting the machine on the network as well as running our supply reporting software. Matt came to the rescue! He got everything up and running promptly and efficiently. Thanks again!
I was excited to work with the team here and initially reached out through their site for a consultation. Christian immediately wrote me back with a few questions. After responding to Christian’s email, he ceased replying. I sent follow-ups 5 and 10 days after the initial response from him with zero responses back. Unfortunately, this created a disappointing experience leading to the 2 star rating.
