I needed a new computer setup and help with some programs and called this company and spoke with the owner EJ. He was very kind and professional and came out and took care of all of my needs in a satisfactory manner. I have programmed EJ’s number in my contacts and will not hesitate to call him in the future. I highly recommend EJ and his company.

We went to this shop to fix a damaged laptop screen. The technician told us there would be a $100 diagnostic fee, but $50 would be credited if we proceeded with the repair. After the repair, the screen was not fixed properly, and we started having new issues — the keyboard and camera stopped working. When we brought this up, they claimed they only fixed the screen and did not diagnose anything else. Absolutely fantastic service at NerdsToGo McKinney! The team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They diagnosed and resolved my computer issue quickly, and the service was truly top-notch. If you ever need help with your computer, I highly recommend bringing it here. I even dumped a cup of coffee on my computer, and they were able to save it and it's working great still.
