Took my 7-year old Dell Inspiron 15 7000 to them for a tune-up. Had been running sluggish and I was questioning the malware software that I had. Uche explained what the tune-up consisted of, the cost, and they would let me know of any other recommendations they had before the did the work. These guys are awesome! I’m really not very tech savvy. I am so relieved and thrilled with the work. They helped me with my new computer needed to have my previous clients on this new computer. They analyze a situation with my old computer and I’m so glad I took their advice. They are not expensive and very reasonable. I had an amazing experience with NerdsToGo McKinney. My work computer completely crashed and I couldn’t access any of my files, which was a nightmare.
