My computer was so old Windows 11 was not compatible. Other components were also outdated. Devon was patient and went through all my options. I wound up deciding on a new motherboard and CPU solution. 24 hours later, my computer was better than it ever was. One nice thing, I built the computer myself years ago, and when Devon changed out the mobo he streamlined the wiring by relocating my hard drives to more sensible spots. Extra service like this isn't something I see much of nowadays, but I really appreciated it.
