Cesar was very prompt, helped me manage a potential threat I encountered online, and tuned up my computer so I could get back to safety and resume working. I am a small business owner, Insurance Agency, and I find their accessibility invaluable! Cesar, Angel and team are GREAT! I highly recommend them!
With computer repair shops I think the best thing you can say is that they are honest. They fixed my computer and didn't make up any strange or hidden costs didn't excellent job. If I could give six stars I would I won't go to another computer place thank you very much for the honest quick service.

They helped me find a computer to suit my needs, which I was struggling with, they were responsive, super knowledgeable, and really worked with me to get scheduled for a computer set up. NerdsToGo is an excellent service that my husband and I have relied upon for several years….Cesar is our go-to man !….I have zero tech skills, and am not a “quick study” learning them either ….Cesar is always patient, as I have to write down each step as we go…. Great customer service and attention to every detail. I nearly destroyed my VAIO laptop thinking I could just put a new battery in. OH NO! My Nerds got it going again after I wrecked the keyboard. They couldn’t have been nicer and no out and out snickering. Hint: computers are not a DIY job. Take it to NerdsToGo. Please!
