I had an amazing experience with NerdsToGo! I brought in my laptop because the battery was swelling, and I had no idea I was basically walking around with something that could have been extremely dangerous. Cesar Came out to my office he was on time identified what I needed to do And I appreciate his honesty about some of the problems with hooking up certain components to my MacBook Pro, though we are able to hook up a monitor get my printer hooked up get everything aligned so I can work comfortably. I appreciate the price of everything that he did which was real helpful and I definitely will recommend him and nerds to go to other clients
Caesar from NerdsToGo came out and installed my new computer and transferred all my files, and also fixed a download speed problem. He was courteous, professional, and clearly is an expert in computers and software. I am extremely happy with the service provided from NerdsToGo.
My tech is great! I'd recommend Ash for tech support, because he has now helped me multiple times with software and hardware crazies that are way above my paygrade. Ash makes it look easy. NerdsToGo is not cheap, but the work gets done reliably and I have learned that's the important part. I will use NerdsToGo again and ask for the same tech, definitely.
Fantastic in fixing my problem. With my dvi connection to HDMI. Spent lots of time and money on Amazon to still walk away with my problem not fixed. But this company figured out the problem solved it in minutes over the phone. And my visit to the store went just as smooth. So I recommend this business they can do the job at least they did for me
