I brought my 4-yr old HP Desktop for diagnosis, after Geek Squad said my hard drive was bad. Turns out it was corrupted Windows 11. They did a great job - reloading Windows and getting it up and running again. I will be canceling my Best Buy subscription for computer remote and repair service and just use Nerds2Go! Highly recommend!
Devon knows what he is doing. He always keeps us informed on what he is doing. We have never found that he has changed anything w/out informing us or giving us options, "you want this or we could do that". We trust Devon. And he is very knowledgeable about our set up.
Devan was very helpful and experienced, however he was unable to repair my printer over the phone, so I took it to him and was able to adjust it in the Shop. both he & Caesar are excellent to work with
