We had a great experience with NerdsToGo. They were professional, knowledgeable, and patiently answered the many questions I had. All the things we were having problems with were solved in a timely manner with very fair pricing. We will definitely call them in the future.
Broke my laptop display, and Mr. Charles gave me a full breakdown of my options for repair / replacement. He was forthcoming about pricing, and he offered the best price for repair in the area. Will return to Nerds to Go if another device breaks
Phillip Richard was an absolute genius, I was stuck and couldn’t figure out why my custom pc wasn’t working he was the only one in the area that could take it in at that moment without a delay. He also handled the product with care and efficiency, while only taking less than 24 hours to troubleshoot and fix what was wrong. Highly recommend him for all your tech needs!
I highly recommend the services of “Nerds to Go” in Lafayette. I own a 2014 MacBook Pro that I thought had seen its last days - it wouldn’t even boot up when connected to power. I was just about resigned to having to purchase a new laptop, but I’m so happy that I decided to take the MacBook to “Nerds to Go” first!
