I brought an old laptop in due to it beeping and a Google search showed it was a battery issue. I tried fixing it myself but realized I couldn't. Can’t speak highly enough of Charles and Nerds To Go. He came out on a Saturday to my Mother’s home to accommodate me, as I live out of town and wanted to be present. He was able to solve all of her issues. We are beyond happy with his services.
NerdsToGo is kinda like an ER DOC when you need one! My computer got zapped during a storm. Yes, it was plugged into a surge protector. Go figure. NTG helped save my data and get it on the new computer. Were super nice and affordable.....unlike the actual ER. THANKS GUYS!!
Charles was very polite and explained everything in detail. He had me back up and running in less than a day. I would highly recommend him for any computer repairs needed.
