I dropped my laptop off on a Wednesday. I told the man up front what the issue I was having and said I’ve had it before I just forgot how to fix it. He tells me “well we don’t do anything for free.” First red flag. I didn’t assume it would be free as I came to a place of business. I tell him that and he explains that people have said that before and he was just making sure. I said no. I came for a service and I’m willing to pay. At first, they seemed great but turned out to be an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. They had no idea what they were doing-- a majority of the time when I called for help they were clueless. I felt like I knew more than they did (I'm a nurse manager, no experience in IT) and had to offer resolutions because they couldn't think through problems. To top it off, when a storm came through in December of 2022 we had multiple servers and switches go down. As a result, our clinic and surgery center lost internet and phones. Very pleased with the repair they did on my son's laptop. Repair was done in a timely manner and they kept me updated on the status of the repair the entire time. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!
