This review is long overdue- NerdsToGo is our go-to when we have issues in the office. I had the worst experience with the new owners. Our company uses laptops in after school programs. When one of those goes down, we don't know if it's cheaper to save the laptop or scrap it and get a new one. When I went in with a half dozen broken laptops, I explained that I was looking for a partner who could help me throughout the year with a low cost solution to tell me when to scrap a laptop vs when to save a laptop. I had a problem connecting to the internet on my desktop computer, connection was available on all my other devices. I call NerdsToGo to help resolve the problem and while they are in Grapevine they had a technician in Waco, where I live, contact me and in no time at all I was back on line and very grateful for the quick service. The technician was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them if I have any more computer problems.
Their knowledge and top notch service has always been a huge value for me and my family when it comes to fixing our laptops that are our lifelines for work.
