I had an excellent experience with Nerds To Go. They were able to recover my PC quickly and for a very small fee, which was a huge relief. I was able to access my data much faster than I could have anywhere else I contacted. The entire team was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Grace and the technician who worked on my computer their service was outstanding. Highly recommend Nerds To Go for anyone needing fast, reliable computer support.

Never been here but a 2 workers came into ihop at lunchtime in uniform and didn’t tip me for their $50 of food. They had no complaints during the meal and in america it is custom to tip your servers as they get paid $2.13 per hour (in my case atleast)

A friend recommended Nerds To Go, and I really tried to like them. I will not bore you with every little detail, but will give you the short version. Overcharged, guarantee was not honered, billing errors on my monthly subscription, and they cannot give a estimate on basic data transfer from one device to another. They charge $58 just to receive which ended up being $63.87. They transferred from the external hard drive without checking if it matched the old computer. My almost 5 yo Win 10 PC died on me! I have some experience with PC hardware, so I know my way around, but definitely not an expert and I know when I need to call the pros to diagnose or fix an issue. Just because a business owner responds to comments on Google, doesn't mean they are good at their job or good with their customers. Do yourself a favor, just go somewhere else.
