Bud was very easy to deal with. I called him up with an issue with my newly built PC and instead of trying to sell me on him doing it, he started telling me how to fix it. I instead brought it in to him for more experienced hands. Would recommend NerdsToGo to anyone with PC needs
Very helpful and answered any questions I had. Would recommend them to anyone who has a computer issue. They updated and installed windows 11 and so far no problems. Still getting used to windows 11.A little different than 10.
Bud did a great job and in a timely fashion in transferring my data to my new computer and explaining the major differences between Windows 10 and Windows 11. I would highly recommend his services at NerdsToGo in Franklin, NJ.
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a shop across the board. I had a complete computer failure due to a power surge (my own fault) and they were extremely responsive and knowledgeable when it came to all things computer related. Not once did I feel like I was being ripped off or having to buy the absolute best parts to replace everything. Bud was fantastic. There’s no better place to take your computer than here.
