I recently went to Nerds To Go for some issues I was having with my Gaming PC. I was way over my head and wasting money thinking I could fix things on my own. When I arrived at nerds to go I was instantly set at ease. The staff was super friendly and patient with me. I was in the middle of moving back to MA and my shipping carrier damaged my PC. Matt was super communicative as I initially had to go out of state a few days after dropping off the machine. My motherboard, RAM, and GPU had to be replaced. My computer runs great and it was repaired in about two weeks with Memorial Day weekend included. I would recommend Nerds to Go and if I need anything I will be back in the future. PS- UPS paid my full claim covering the internal damage.

Since we began using Nerds to Go our IT operations have improved significantly. They are very attentive and quick to respond to both emergent and non emergent issues. The entire staff from the owner to the support team are wonderful and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic service! Timely, knew exactly what the issue was & were incredibly nice people. They look out for the customer and their wallet-appreciate that!!! Would highly recommend to anyone experiencing tech/gaming issues, especially Arthur. He’s great, was troubleshooting with my 13 y/o in patient and friendly way. Great guy, would definitely use Nerds to Go again. Honesty and amazing service is hard to come by——Thank you thank you!!!! 😊

Outstanding Service from Nerds To Go in Franklin, MA! I had an excellent experience with Nerds To Go in Franklin, MA! Their team set up a Wi-Fi mesh system for me, configured my business email accounts, and also set up and manage a domain name for me. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The team at Nerds To Go went above and beyond to provide top-notch service. If you need expert IT support, I highly recommend them.
