We had a PC that died unexpectedly. After we replaced the power supply it still would not boot. No beeps, nothing. Dropped it off for Kevin and his team to sort out thinking it was probably the motherboard or cpu or both. It turned out it was the video card that was dead. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Steve. He couldn't resolve my problem because it was a ransomware attack but he got me a new computer help me set it up and troubleshoot some issues. So I'm perfectly happy with the service.
