Fantastic service! Timely, knew exactly what the issue was & were incredibly nice people. They look out for the customer and their wallet-appreciate that!!! Would highly recommend to anyone experiencing tech/gaming issues, especially Arthur. He’s great, was troubleshooting with my 13 y/o in patient and friendly way. NerdsToGo were communicative throughout the process, keeping me informed about what was being done and why. The team was professional and knowledgeable, making the experience smooth and straightforward. I had no issues with their service and would consider using them again in the future.
I had problems with the now infamous HP Smart series 6000 printer. I couldn't connect via wireless, and once that was fixed, I couldn't scan using the HP Smart App. These guys fixed both problems, first with a house call and then later using Team Viewer. They ain't cheap, but they're very good, they stand behind their work, and they ain't Nerds to me. I'll use them again when I set up my new computer.
This company is highly recommended. They got my computer back from a blue screen and addressed my wifi problems in short time. Friendly staff got it back to me in two days. They also installed a virus protector and explained things along the way in a manor a non-tech person could understand. Bringing my other computer to them soon.
I have been using NerdsTo Go for all my computers and projects. They are timely and have always completed my needs to my satisfaction. The main thing I would like to say is customer, customer,customer. It is all about you the CUSTOMER. GREAT PEOPLE 👍
