I’ve used this company for years and this last time around wasn’t a good experience. I did a simple transfer of data from my old computer to my new one. I was charged to determine if the data could be transferred and the process was very long. Then I was charged for the transfer and then charged an hourly rate to explain where my data was located on my computer and also to open my OneDrive accounts. The PC assembly was done well, Windows, BIOS and drivers were installed, then a problem with the BIOS arose, they fixed everything and helped, communication and communication are excellent, it was nice to communicate, even if English is bad. Thanks again.

First off, I am about 7 months late or more with a review. life happens. I had bought a gaming rig from IBUYPOWER which was amazing and no issues once so ever. However, I decided to buy upgrades left and right and my machine started to get worse (even with all AMD top end components). I switched over to a new computer. They helped me set up everything that was required to go on as if nothing had changed (making sure the printers and music systems worked as expected). They also made helpful suggestions regarding internet security. Showed up when they said they would.

They were great. Analyzed a disk storage program and seamlessly upgraded my drive to a larger size. Done quickly with no hiccups. I’d highly recommend.
