My husband and I have been working w/Jake, Josh, & Steven at Nerds To Go during the past month with great results! They are professional, friendly, patient, very knowledgeable, and always resolve our computer issues! They always give great recommendations and save you a lot of time & trouble & their services are reasonably priced. It’s very reassuring that we have a go to computer service that we can trust. Highly recommend them!
I'd say that my experience was not great, but not because of the guys working there (they were very nice), but because of the stores policies and their cost of parts and labor that they charge is bonkers. When they generally say it's cheaper to build a computer yourself, they mean a lot lot cheaper. Also Nerdstogo's way of communicating is through an email chain and I had to wait 3 days before I even heard back from them, even though I had to pay money for that. my laptop wont start for some reason, they did a complete diagonotocs and found nothing wrong with it, surprsingly everything worked fine when the technician started the laptop. Rating is for the staff being very nice and courteous.
I very satisfied with the advice and support I graciously received, at no cost, from the nerds. They were able to resolve the problem I was encountering with my desktop all the way from Seattle even though I’m in NewYork. They are very knowledgeable and spent a considerable amount of time over the phone until my issue was resolved in a courteous and caring manner. It’s encouraging to know that help is available to navigate this complex digital world of constant innovation and change.
Nerds to Go is my go-to computer service. The “Nerds” tech people are knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my low-tech abilities. They set things up so it’s easy for me and they handle the management details.
