We had the pleasure of working with Steven on our computer issue and he was so incredibly helpful and thorough in diagnosing and identifying the issues we had. He also noticed that our network was out of date and on its last leg and offered to resolve that issue as well. He recommended a list of products that would stand the test of time and was able to orchestrate the transfer of our files. The Nerds have helped me so much over the years. They are my “Go To” place when ever I have a computer problem. They are so nice and friendly. They have switched my computer information from a tower to a Nuk and set me up with a better protection against hackers. Recently they backed up pictures from a laptop for me. They have also come out to my house and got my printer working again. The WiFi connection was disconnected and I didn’t know how to get it working again. First off, I am about 7 months late or more with a review. life happens. I had bought a gaming rig from IBUYPOWER which was amazing and no issues once so ever. However, I decided to buy upgrades left and right and my machine started to get worse (even with all AMD top end components). We had a fantastic experience with Jake. My husband was struggling to set up his new computer, a Mac, after being a PC user for most of his career. There were a number of complications that we had not been able to solve in spite of hours of online help from Apple and Microsoft. Jake immediately figured out the problem and in no time everything was set up. Our other minor computer issues were also addressed - all without any stress. It was wonderful! We will most definitely use Nerds to Go again if we have other issues.
