We had the pleasure of working with Steven on our computer issue and he was so incredibly helpful and thorough in diagnosing and identifying the issues we had. He also noticed that our network was out of date and on its last leg and offered to resolve that issue as well. He recommended a list of products that would stand the test of time and was able to orchestrate the transfer of our files. Jesse at The Nerds helped me with a memory problem I was having with my C drive. He was able to diagnose the problem. He asked me to bring my computer in so they could fix it.
