Friendly and informative. Helped with questions that weren't related to my current issues, which was very helpful. Would have preferred a text message notice update opposed to email. Took longer then expected, but still communicated this through email. Yes, I would recommend.

I’ve used this company for years and this last time around wasn’t a good experience. I did a simple transfer of data from my old computer to my new one. I was charged to determine if the data could be transferred and the process was very long. Then I was charged for the transfer and then charged an hourly rate to explain where my data was located on my computer and also to open my OneDrive accounts. The PC assembly was done well, Windows, BIOS and drivers were installed, then a problem with the BIOS arose, they fixed everything and helped, communication and communication are excellent, it was nice to communicate, even if English is bad. Thanks again.

Although initially the experience was rocky, the GM, Steven went above and beyond to make sure to rectify the situation. It is clear that they take pride of ownership in the success of the business. I can't recommend them enough.
