The folks here are friendly but their whole operation is just way too slow, it takes 30 minutes at max to unplug my GPU and put it on another PC to see if it boots up, but I left my PC here and waited almost 2 weeks to get it done. It's understandable they are too busy and a lot of customers are in line before you, but, the wait is just not ideal for a VERY simple diagnosis. My husband and I have been working w/Jake, Josh, & Steven at Nerds To Go during the past month with great results! They are professional, friendly, patient, very knowledgeable, and always resolve our computer issues! I purchased a new computer from Nerds To Go and had the best experience. I got exactly what I wanted and they helped me set it up with everything I needed. So nice to have a new computer that works how I want it to work. They are very responsive to your questions. We have also used them for an upgrade for our home network. Just great guys with great knowledge. Definitely recommend them.
One of the many things that I appreciate about NtG is their honesty. Unlike Best Buy's Geek Squad, they are up front about costs and trade offs. Rather than pressuring for a repair job, they explained the balance between cost to repair versus purchasing a new device. I will definitely be bringing them more business in future.
I brought my computer in to Nerds to Go and I’m so grateful for their ability to correct and reestablish my computer after it was hacked. I have had no trouble with it since and am happy with how well it functions. Also the guys were great to work with. Good communication job done as they said and on time.
