We had the pleasure of working with Steven on our computer issue and he was so incredibly helpful and thorough in diagnosing and identifying the issues we had. He also noticed that our network was out of date and on its last leg and offered to resolve that issue as well. He recommended a list of products that would stand the test of time and was able to orchestrate the transfer of our files. We had a fantastic experience with Jake. My husband was struggling to set up his new computer, a Mac, after being a PC user for most of his career. There were a number of complications that we had not been able to solve in spite of hours of online help from Apple and Microsoft. Jake immediately figured out the problem and in no time everything was set up. Our other minor computer issues were also addressed - all without any stress. It was wonderful! We will most definitely use Nerds to Go again if we have other issues.
Amazing service! They fixed my laptop pop up problem that I thought was a virus so fast! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them if you think you may be hacked!
