The PC assembly was done well, Windows, BIOS and drivers were installed, then a problem with the BIOS arose, they fixed everything and helped, communication and communication are excellent, it was nice to communicate, even if English is bad. Thanks again.

The team was very helpful. I had a GPU die on me, and they were able to identify that the GPU was the actual problem in the whole system. They got a new one, giving me different options to choose from, based on what I had, and installed it, making sure I was good to go. Very friendly as well, highly recommend.

First off, I am about 7 months late or more with a review. life happens. I had bought a gaming rig from IBUYPOWER which was amazing and no issues once so ever. However, I decided to buy upgrades left and right and my machine started to get worse (even with all AMD top end components). I highly recommend Nerds to Go. I downloaded an enhanced Security Upgrade on my laptop and cell phone and immediately found that both devices became completely clogged and started freezing up. Within a day, Josh sat at my kitchen table and removed these from my systems, and then patiently answered several other questions. All has been running smoothly ever since.

I used Nerds a year ago when I lived in Massachusetts and had a similar problem with my HP all-in-one printer. These printers are a pain to reset whenever you change Wi-Fi in your home. They require a factory reset, which is not well know to amateurs like me. I also had a problem with a hacked financial account, which they cleaned up completely. They are excellent, knowledgeable, but in high demand. They are premium-priced, but well worth the expense.
