Their customer service is friendly, professional, and patient. They take the time to listen carefully to your computer issues, and I especially appreciate that they are willing to answer questions and offer solutions at no charge when the problem can be resolved on the spot. If your computer needs to be left with them for further troubleshooting or repair, there is a charge, but I have found their rates to be very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. We had the pleasure of working with Steven on our computer issue and he was so incredibly helpful and thorough in diagnosing and identifying the issues we had. He also noticed that our network was out of date and on its last leg and offered to resolve that issue as well. He recommended a list of products that would stand the test of time and was able to orchestrate the transfer of our files. Jesse at The Nerds helped me with a memory problem I was having with my C drive. He was able to diagnose the problem. He asked me to bring my computer in so they could fix it. Nerds To Go is absolutely the best! Their knowledgeable techs actually make house calls -- and for a very reasonable cost. When it comes to computers I'm clueless, but at today's house call Jake put me at ease. He asked questions, diagnosed my PC issues (including serious security vulnerabilities) and rectified the problem, all the while patiently talking me through the process.
