The PC assembly was done well, Windows, BIOS and drivers were installed, then a problem with the BIOS arose, they fixed everything and helped, communication and communication are excellent, it was nice to communicate, even if English is bad. Thanks again.

Professional, efficient and competent. The scheduler gave me a reasonable time window and sent an acknowledgment of the appointment. Josh arrived on time, knew exactly how to fix my issues, answered all my questions, and even made it easier for me to accomplish my tasks in the future. I wish all businesses were run this way.
I recently visited the store for the first time to get a broken laptop repaired. The associate I spoke with was courteous and helpful. I went in with a high-end laptop with little hope of it being repaired. The folks at NTG explained the process, answered my questions, and kept me informed during the whole process. I can't describe how relieved I was when I got it back and everything worked, even worked better than when it was new. I can't say enough about these guys.
