I was in Chicago on a business trip when my laptop died. John met me at my office and repaired my laptop onsite. The service was very professional and competent. Thank you John!
Had a fantastic experience! Spilled a large amount of coffe onto my laptop and when I called, not only was I helped immediately but the next morning I woke up to a follow-up phone call that my laptop was cleaned out and working as it should. On top of this, I was charged much less than I was originally quoted. John and Paul are going to be my go-to for computer repair moving forward!
John the tech came out to my home quickly. Also, John was extremely patient with me and helpful with my computer/IT needs. I would recommend Nerds To Go and will use their services again.
