After I completely disabled my computer by hitting the factory reset button ( don't ever do this as I learned the hard way ) Steven , with Nerds to Go , got me up and running with a new tower programmed to suit my needs and computer capabilities. He was very personable and courteous. He understood what I needed to serve my computer needs and very efficiently installed the tower and set up my programs. I was very pleased with the work Steven did to solve my pc issues. He explained everything to me patiently and in terms i understood. He gave me options and answered my questions with obvious knowledge. He was able to return my pc within the next day. This is my first interaction with Needs to Go but was very satisfied wi the the service efficiency and thought the prices very reasonable.
Stay away!!! Not honest workers! I needed to replace power button on my laptop, they told me it will cost $500-600 because they need to get similar laptop and source button from that. I quickly checked on google you can buy this button for $15. Also after I got my laptop back it missed one screw and silicon covers on back after their $67 diagnostic service. Waste of time! Very disappointed! Would not recommend!
Stephanie at NerdsToGO was very determined to clean up my computer that had been hacked. She worked many hours to find that there were three bad viruses in it. I recommend NerdsToGo knowing they will work with you and for you to correct whatever issues your computer may have. Thank you NerdsToGo!
