I have been going to Nerds to Go for a short while now, and they always do a good job. Steve (in the lab) and Paul are always available and do great work ( and are patient with those of us who aren't "technically proficient"). I had them build me a computer that would be able to download literally 200,000 photos and 6,000 videos and they were able to accomplish it quickly. Their servicing of your computer is always done quickly and at a reasonable price.
I had data transferred from my old desktop to a new one. The job was done, efficiently and with great knowledge and kept me informed every step of the way. Great business to work with.
Better than I had a right to expect. When notified of an urgent need they stepped up and got it done on time. My third repair there. They are great!!!!
Have had a good experience there. Stephen was very helpful in procuring a new desktop and getting it setup. His follow up was also good.
Paul and his crew were able to answer all of my questions regarding IT and internet speed. They offered cost effective solutions to all our problems in a very timely and professional manner. I would recommend this company to anyone with computer issues!
