I was so disappointed on how my service went I trusted Chris because he has worked on my computer before plus he affordable idk what shifted but i was not happy with how my time and needs was being treated. These people are dishonest and liars. Check their Yelp Reviews they only have 2 stars. Save yourself a trip. They sell broken computers as new and then they make you feel like you are crazy. Save your money and go to a reputable store.
Have relied on them for years both in their shop and calls to my home. Tech was on time, courteous and professional. Jobs always completed in record time. Will definitely use again.
This was an awesome service for me. I dropped it off and Paul was great in making me feel comfortable and explaining what the process would look like. When they called me, they were thorough and helpful in explaining that my laptop was probably at its end. They let me take my time deciding what I wanted to do without overwhelmingly calling for a response and once I got a new laptop, it was able to backup to my new one and when I called back they said they could take care of it in an ethical way.
