I have been going to Nerds to Go for a short while now, and they always do a good job. Steve (in the lab) and Paul are always available and do great work ( and are patient with those of us who aren't "technically proficient"). I had them build me a computer that would be able to download literally 200,000 photos and 6,000 videos and they were able to accomplish it quickly. Their servicing of your computer is always done quickly and at a reasonable price.

Better than I had a right to expect. When notified of an urgent need they stepped up and got it done on time. My third repair there. They are great!!!!

Paul and his crew were able to answer all of my questions regarding IT and internet speed. They offered cost effective solutions to all our problems in a very timely and professional manner. I would recommend this company to anyone with computer issues!

This was an awesome service for me. I dropped it off and Paul was great in making me feel comfortable and explaining what the process would look like. When they called me, they were thorough and helpful in explaining that my laptop was probably at its end. They let me take my time deciding what I wanted to do without overwhelmingly calling for a response and once I got a new laptop, it was able to backup to my new one and when I called back they said they could take care of it in an ethical way.
