I was given unbiased information on my needs to maybe need a new computer. Paul offered to do their diagnostic service and then I could decide. I elected to get a new computer and Stephen listened to my needs and built me a new system. They kept me informed on the progress and the computer was completed in a very prompt manner. I would strongly recommend them for new purchases or repair work.

I called Nerds To Go when the storm knocked out my computer. Paul answered all my questions immediately and helped me to figure out that it was my service and not the computer. He is kind, considerate and very helpful and I appreciate it him responding to me in such a, generous manner. I will certainly call Nerds To Go again and highly recommend their services. David H. did a great job sitting down with me to work out the various program problems I was having after buying a new computer with Windows 11. He was patient and did a call back a few days later to make sure things were working. Would recommend and I will use them again. Tom J
