Excellent service! I had the blue screen of death and needed a hard drive replacement and data recovery. Costs were explained up front and work was performed in a timely manner. They were willing to answer a lot of questions when I picked up my laptop and were very knowledgeable. They even helped me over the phone after I got home to re-set up my 2nd monitor. Highly recommend!
We were in the middle of a move to Cary and my computer died. I called the office and was able to talk to an employee. We had gotten a new computer but in our haste we had made the set-up more complicated. Mike took over our dilemma. He was patient with us and asked us questions without any discernible judgment. We had some other mishaps with the move and to have Mike remediate this issue enabled me to keep my sanity. Thank goodness we had his help!
They are very professional and have a wide knowledge of experience. I have been IT for over 30 years and I am completely amazed at their knowledge and troubleshooting skills. I have grown to trust them over the past year of repeat service. Nice to see young people with integrity and drive!!!

Absolute perfection. The tech was on time, my problem was resolved quickly, and he also completed an overall diagnostic of my computer in the remaining time. Two thumbs up!
