Shawn was so helpful - always phoning before he came. After installing new hard drive - he helped to retrieve files from my external drive. I wanted to make sure I could use both monitors and he proceeded to download drivers to make this happen. I work at home and must have a computer daily - so a fast fix/turnaround was essential. I would not hesitate to contact NerdsToGo Computer Service again.
Wonderful experience! We needed to split our wifi securing both upstairs for us and downstairs for guests and install a few things in the process. Sean was professional and knowledgeable. He did it all and then explained everything. Super nice guy too! I definitely recommend him!
Scheduling a time for them to come to my house was excellent, Brian mafe sure that it fit with my schedule and was prompt. The tech that came to my house, Spencer, was knowledgeable and thorough in the work he did to get my situation resolved. He identified the issue and worked diligently until it was solved. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about NerdsToGo. Geek Squad told me that my computer would need to be sent off and could take up to three weeks to be fixed. Even then, they told me they wouldn’t be able to save any of my data. I called Tuesday night and had an appointment to have my computer seen the next afternoon.
