I didn’t have a car and was stuck with a broken laptop and I needed to do my taxes! I’m new to the area and didn’t know where to go. NerdsToGo came to my rescue. They came to me and my technician was Spencer. He was very kind and also respectful. He even put booties on his shoes before coming inside. Spencer took his time with my super challenging laptop. Wonderful experience! We needed to split our wifi securing both upstairs for us and downstairs for guests and install a few things in the process. Sean was professional and knowledgeable. He did it all and then explained everything. Super nice guy too! I definitely recommend him!

The home visit service by your associate was patient, thorough and completely addressed our specific problems with a desktop unit and printer. In addition to curing those "bugs", he initiated a thorough review of our systems, files and apps to make sure years of our thumping around had not hidden other negative issues.
