I brought my laptop in for diagnostics, and while the technician appeared competent and was able to assess the issue, the overall customer service experience was disappointing. Communication was poor throughout the process, and the employee consistently seemed annoyed by my presence. We got Bryan to come by and work with us. We had to replace our router, and got a new one from Verizon. This destabilized our network with us having to reconfigure all of our smart home devices. Having a smart home in the IOS ecosystem, we had to reconfigure-add all fixtures. However, two main bridges were not working. Bryan worked with us for a good amount of time, followed up after doing additional research, and came back to finish the job. My PC would not start. I was referred by a friend and they met me on a rush job over the Christmas New Years Holiday. I paid the rush fee and they assisted me quickly and efficiently. I left my PC for further diagnostics. They found some issues and I was up and running. All of the team was courteous and informative. Great Customer Service and Support!!
