I needed to get a very old laptop cleaned off and the best way to do. It was to take it out and break it. Taking apart a computer is not my strong suit so I called nerds to go In old town, Alexandria and Thomas was so helpful. It took him less than five minutes at something I had been struggling with for much longer. I highly recommend Thomas at Nerds To Go in Old Town. He is there Mon- Fri.

I brought my laptop in for diagnostics, and while the technician appeared competent and was able to assess the issue, the overall customer service experience was disappointing. Communication was poor throughout the process, and the employee consistently seemed annoyed by my presence. The only time I was available to visit was about 30 minutes before closing, and on both occasions I was made to feel as though I was asking for a personal favor rather than bringing in a paying customer. I booked an in-home computer set-up and data transfer from Nerds To Go. The technician arrived on-time and begin the work. Right away he demonstrated his expertise with computers. In addition, he was very friendly and was more than happy to answer my question. I was also impressed with his speed, and he kept me informed of his progress. Steve came to our home. Trouble shot our internet problem. Provided solutions. Gave us some additional information regarding our phones. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. We will use Nerds to Go again if we need assistance. Great experience.

We got Bryan to come by and work with us. We had to replace our router, and got a new one from Verizon. This destabilized our network with us having to reconfigure all of our smart home devices. Having a smart home in the IOS ecosystem, we had to reconfigure-add all fixtures. However, two main bridges were not working. Bryan worked with us for a good amount of time, followed up after doing additional research, and came back to finish the job.
