I had called another service to replace my old computer with my new one. They needed to take mine in to their shop. I was afraid that they would take a day or two, so I remembered seeing a Nerds To Go store in our town. I called and they offered to come the same day, but I had already made plans that day. When I scheduled for them to come, they were very prompt and replaced the old with the new, and transferred everything over. I strongly recommend this service to anyone.
It is good to have IT support from someone who knows what they are doing. What was impossible for me was easy for them. Money well spent!
