Today I had an appointment at Naturo Medica.. I highly recommend Dr Wada. She spent time with me going over my blood work and setting a plan. She is great at making you feel at ease. You walk away feeling excited to work on your goals. Front desk people are great too. Great business and great care everyone.
I brought my 87 yr old mom in to see my doctor-.Dr.Free. She was incredible. She spent 2 hours with my mom 1:1 and exceeded my expectations. She was caring and listened to everything my mom said. My mom adored her. I highly recommend Dr. Kimberly Free.
We highly recommend Naturomedica for a holistic approach too getting well. 10 years ago Dr. Bryant successfully helped our daughter with allergies and skin with fantastic results. Now it's moms turn and the consultations, diagnosis and treatment plans are clear steps to a healthier life. Staff is responsive and helpful, including working with your insurance. You feel supported all along the way to getting better. Our family is here to stay.
Extremely shocked at the lack of communication. I called with some symptoms, was told the Dr would like to have a brief phone call. I Was not told there would be a $140 charge for this 5 minute phone call. This is absolutely something that should be told to clients before they agree to a phone call. I'm genuinely shocked by how many good reviews there are for this facility. Dr. Jhaveri did not feel like someone who is trauma informed around eating disorders or empathic toward mental health/neurodivergence. I came in with a desire to seek support, which can be very vulnerable for someone who wasn't taught how to listen to, or take proper care of their body growing up.
