You won’t believe this company. I ordered this beautiful Christmas present-lit tree and I got a piece of garbage. They want to charge me outright $75 to return and then they will only give me a refund after they receive tree back. But not that added $75 to return. I’m going to report them to the BBB if they don’t correct this. I’m waiting for a manager to call me back after being on the phone for 55 minutes not getting anything resolved.
What I Ordered vs. What I Got : I ordered and paid for a 6 ft tall, prelit tree. Shipping was great. It was delivered early with no damage to the packaging. The product is disappointing. I’m 5’9. The tree in about 5’7. Definitely not worth $112. I was able to make it work by setting it on paint cans. Still… I submitted a review on the website that was never posted. Now it makes sense why I didn’t see any product reviews on it. ((Insert eye roll))
I seldom do reviews or order from a company I don't know. I'm giving a review for the National Tree Company because I AM SO HAPPY with the deal I got on Black Monday AND on the delivery and product. I'm 81 years old so setting up an artificial tree could have been difficult. IT WAS NOT. easy set up with the 5 1/2 ft tree, everything worked, looks beautiful, just what I wanted. Beware! Do NOT buy from them! They do not honor their warranty and will ignore any communication about defective products. Don’t let my horror story become yours, especially since it will ruin your Christmas. I have been a repeat customer of National Tree Company for years, but after my most recent experience, I will never purchase from them again and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Unhappy customer. Received my tree with the box falling apart. Had so much tape holding the box together. It appeared as it was possibly a returned tree or very old because the box looked like it went through a war. Contacted the company and was told to check to see if lights worked.
