I was very excited to be able to send my sister a new bedframe and mattress with one of their sales. My sister uses a P.O. Box, located in Postal Service Offices as per how they work. FedEx shows that the mattress was delivered to someone's house while the bedframe photo was a photo of the floor of the truck's floor. I tried to contact NapQueen about it but they never e-mailed me back. When I tried calling their number it didn't even ring it just hung up.
