I used to hate therapy. Cara (specifically) helped to change my mind with her open personality. I don't dread going to therapy, and she has helped me open up and is just a great therapist overall.
I have been seeing Debbie Phillips, she has been extremely helpful to me, while going through such a traumatic time in my life. Her knowledge, patience, and ability to examine any situation is profound. The solutions are very helpful, and easy to understand. I realize that she is my counselor, but I know that she really cares about you as a person. And she is in the fight with you. I very highly recommend Debbie Phillips.
