My wife and I had a great experience working with Courtney Jackson and Laina Moore. They helped us secure a better mortgage rate when renewing, even better than our previous bank, and also assisted with setting up a HELOC. Courtney came highly recommended by my sister, and I've since recommended her to other friends and colleagues. She even managed to secure us a lower rate just days before our signing appointment. We found Mitch Chicoine at Mortgage Connection who then referred us to our Realtor. Mitch was thorough and honest. Between himself and Jordan Halas, we got all of our questions answered in a timely manner and when a competitor offered us cash back, we were able to get Mitch to come very close to the same offer. We chose Mitch and Jordan because their customer service exceeded that of the competitor and made us feel like we were in good hands. It was overall a very good experience for us as first time home buyers!
Cannot rave enough about Mike. His information was given to us thru a referral and he definitely did not disappoint. We presented him with a mortgage situation that had an unfortunate time crunch from a previous broker not doing his job properly and Mike was able to clean up the mess and get it done in time.
