We signed up for the maintenance plan, and a pleasant technician makes an appointment every year to tune up and maintain the generator. We have only had two maintenance issues. Although we had a long wait due to the generator shortage, it was worth it for the quality product and install we received. From quote to installation the team at Mid Maine Generator was professional and responsive.
