They came immediately in the emergency ( winter wind storm ) to make sure it was safe to use it both for propane lines & for any possible leaks . Customer service is the best. We had a serious issue with our regular electric service to the house which taxed the generator. Mid Maine was immediately responsive to check that the generator was undamaged. And that generator saved our life for the 3 days it took to get repairs made to the regular electric service.
very quick well done installation less than 4 hours start to finish. Neat work and very polite installers. Has run once for almost 24 hours with out a hitch. Plus several times less time. Yearly service is done on time and automatically. Peace of mind.
They were very professional and informative, explaining the process. I am very happy and feel relieved to know that if and when the power goes out that the generator will take care of everything. Any problems they expect me to call them.
