My generator threw a “low oil pressure code” and found out it was a serious engine issue (a hole in the engine block) that required a new engine. Less than TWO WEEKS after the diagnosis I had a new generator installed and ready to go. Ben messaged me during his vacation to ensure me that everything was covered under warranty and kept me up to date on the process the whole time. I can’t say enough positive comments about this company and their people! Top notch!
